Executive Director - Ben Northcutt

Ben is the former Executive Director of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA).  Under his 19 year leadership, IECA grew from 300 members to more than 3,500, representing every U.S. state and more than a dozen countries abroad.  He played an instrumental role in developing tools and resources that helped advance the erosion control and stormwater management industry including strategic plans, market research data, on-line professional development training, certification programs, standards, regional Chapters, awards programs, field demonstration events and the industry’s best conference and trade exposition.  

Ben aspires to helping people enjoy more sustainable living spaces through the application of geoexchange technology.
